Have you ordered the wrong item

The return of shop articles is only possible after consultation and within 10 days after deduction of a restocking fee of 20 % of the value of the goods. However, the flat rate is at least 75.00€.

How do you proceed

Get in contact with B + B. Please fill out the return document and send the goods back to B + B Thermo-Technik after consultation. You have to bear the return costs yourself. After checking the article you will be refunded the difference to the restocking fee of 75.00 €.

Have you received the wrong amount?

Please contact the B + B Thermo-Technik online shop team (Tel: 0771/8316626). After checking we will send you the difference in quantity free of charge.

Have you received defective goods?

In this case, please contact our quality department (qs@bb-sensors.com). Fill out the return document and discuss the return process with the quality department.

For private customers

Have you ordered the wrong item?

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

How do you proceed?

Please fill out the return document and send it back to B+B Thermo-Technik together with the goods. You have to bear the return costs yourself. After examination of the article the commodity value is refunded to you.

Please contact the B+B Thermo-Technik online store team (Tel: 0771/8316626). After checking, we will send you the difference quantity free of charge.

Have you received defective goods?

In this case please contact our quality department (qs@bb-sensors.com). Fill out the return document and discuss the process of return with the quality department.
