Thanks to their special design, B+B's robust core temperature probes are ideal for cooking, roasting, and baking processes in all areas of food processing and preservation. The insertion sleeve is made of stainless steel and, depending on the core temperature probe, is available with a centered or angled measuring tip. All models are shock-resistant. The ergonomic PEEK handles and connecting cables are extremely hygienic and resistant to acids and alkalis. The probes are characterized by high mechanical strength.
