Have you ordered the wrong item?

The return of shop articles is only possible after consultation and within 10 days after deduction of a restocking fee of 20 % of the value of the goods. However, the flat rate is at least 75.00 €.

How do you proceed?

Get in contact with B + B. Please fill out the returns document and send the goods back to B + B Thermo-Technik after consultation. You have to bear the return costs yourself. After checking the article you will be refunded the difference to the restocking fee of 75.00 €.

You received the wrong amount?

Please contact the B + B Thermo-Technik online shop team (Tel: 0771/8316626). After checking we will send you the difference in quantity free of charge.

Have you received defective goods?

In this case, please contact our quality department (qs@bb-sensors.com). Fill out the returns document and discuss the return process with the quality department.
