The FieldLogger is a versatile, powerful yet cost-effective data logger that processes analogue, digital and other types of variables with high resolution and speed.
The data logger has:
- 8 configurable analogue inputs that can read thermocouples, Pt100, Pt1000, voltage and current signals.
- 2 relay outputs and 8 digital ports that can be individually configured as inputs or outputs.
- Up to 128 mathematical channels to perform operations on the measured values.
- Up to 32 alarm events so that output activations, emails and SNMP traps can be sent.
The RS485 interface can operate as a Modbus RTU master or slave. In addition, up to 64 external channels can be read and logged. The multi-channel data logger has a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet interface that allows access via a browser (HTTP), FTP (client and server), emailing (SMTP), SNMP and Modbus TCP.
The FieldLogger has a USB interface that can be connected to a computer (for configuration, monitoring and data download) and another USB port for retrieving data.
The internal base memory holds up to 512,000 measurement logs and can be expanded with an SD card.
A colour HMI is available as an optional accessory. This can be connected and removed for local display or configuration.
User-friendly configurator software can be accessed via Ethernet, USB or RS485 and provides means for online monitoring, downloading logged data and exporting to spreadsheets.
