This high performance RTD sensor (Pt1000) is designed with a Teflon cable and can be therefore used in particular for high temperatur applications up to 300 °C (572 °F). The crimpt stainless sleeve on the process side protects the sensor from mechanical impacts and water.

The two wire cable has open ends with tin plated crimps on the connection side. An additional shrinking tube on the connection side gives the sensor probe an additional protection from external impact e.g. water.
