The ThermoCam 400 is a high-resolution thermal imaging camera. It is equipped with a two-dimensional thermal sensor with 382 x 288 pixels. The FPA (Focal Plane Array) sensor has a thermal sensitivity of 75 mK, which enables this compact thermal imaging camera to detect the smallest temperature differences on a surface.
With the frame update speed of up to 80 images per second, the ThermoCam PI 400 is also suitable to monitor relatively fast processes. In particular, it is used to monitor processes in the automotive, plastics processing as well as in the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries and to ensure the quality of the products manufactured here.
The IR camera has a temperature range of -20 °C to 900 ° C. The thermal imaging camera is available with four alternative (interchangeable) lenses for near and far field monitoring. The "PI Connect" software provides video and snapshot recordings, as well as extensive offline and online analyzes.
